Rohit Group, under the leadership of Haren Mehta with a team of 10 additional hands, serves clients across Engineering, Garment, Jewellery, Construction, Hotels, Restaurants, and other establishments and factories.

Scope of Work
Payroll processing services include:
- Computation of salaries, allowances, bonus etc. based on attendance sheet & other records provided by the client.
- Assisting in payment processing on fixed payroll date, which is the 7th of each month.
- Employee database management (including master creation, changes, deletion etc.)
- Loan / leave management.
- Online access to employee for profile viewing, salary details, pay-slip records etc.
- Employee deductions referred by the management such as loan, advance, income tax etc.
- Employee's P.F. / Pension, advance against P.F. (claims, settlements & allied assistance).
- Flexible, management-friendly pay structures.
- Issuance of monthly pay-slip, annual bonus slips, annual leave card & annual leave records maintenance.
- Various reports for deduction of loan & advance (excluding income tax report).
- Generation of bonus calculation register, transferring data into Bonus Form-C and preparing Bonus Form-D as prescribed in the Payment of Bonus Act 1965.
- Compliance across ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Workmen Compensation, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Factories Act, and other applicable labour laws.
Location
Centralized payroll processing is carried out at Mumbai. The entire service is carried out offsite only.
Reports & Output
Rohit Group generates and provides to the client the following reports:
- Pay-slip reports.
- Monthly salary report, category-wise / branch-wise summary, consolidated summary, and profession tax summaries.
- Leave credits on employee's pay-slip and on client's pay-sheet every month.
- Advance, loan, and income tax reports as demanded by the client.
- Generating ESIC, PF, P.Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund challans — monthly or half-yearly.
- Uploading ESIC & PF contribution details of employees on the portal every month.
- Procuring ESIC insurance no. for an employee at the time of joining, along with TIC & MAC cards.
- Maintenance of PF returns — Form no. 2, 3-A, 5, 10, 11, and annual return in Form no. 6-A.
